Mao Tosi is working to help give at-risk high school students an alternative to a criminal life. He has developed an after-school program called the Poly Pride Club that rewards members for good grades and keeping out of trouble. Tosi is working to provide more services and programs to students of East, West and Bartlett High schools and also hopes the city will develop an urban liaison position
