A 10-year-old Alaskan murder mystery was solved this week when a South Jersey man flew to Anchorage and surrendered. John Thomas Carlin, 49, a highway construction worker from Elmer, Salem County, was living in Anchorage in 1996 with another man. Both, police said, were romancing the same woman, an exotic dancer who once lived in Brick Township.
